The claim stays with Missouri. DES states plainly that 'moving out of State will not affect your eligibility for unemployment benefits from Missouri.' If you relocate you must visit a Workforce Office in your new state to register for work, and if you keep seeking full-time work in your new state of residence you should remain eligible for Missouri benefits. Update your address by calling a Regional Claims Center. A claim is filed against the state where the work was physically performed.
